What happens in episode 3?
The synopsis of the episode
In episode 3, Takeru investigates a series of robberies committed by a mysterious thief who calls himself Little John and claims to be inspired by Robin Hood. He suspects that Little John might have the Eyecon of Robin Hood, which he needs to collect in order to revive himself. He tracks down Little John's next target, a corrupt politician named Kuratani, who is also targeted by a Gamma. Takeru confronts Little John and tries to convince him to stop stealing, but Little John refuses and escapes. Takeru then fights the Gamma using his Musashi Damashii form, but he is overpowered by its sword skills. He then switches to his Edison Damashii form and uses his electric attacks, but he is still outmatched by its speed. He then decides to use his Robin Damashii form and summons the Hoodie Ghost of Robin Hood, who helps him defeat the Gamma with his arrows.
Meanwhile, Akari discovers that her laptop has been hacked by someone who wants her to find out more about Takeru's condition. She follows a clue that leads her to Deep Connect, a shady corporation that is involved in paranormal research. She meets Steve Bills, the CEO of Deep Connect, who claims to be interested in helping Takeru. He shows her a video of Ryu Tenkuji's experiment with Shiranui, a device that can make ghosts visible. He also reveals that he has captured Yuki Shirai, Akari's friend and Ryu's assistant, who has been missing for ten years. He tells Akari that Yuki has been working for him as a spy and that he knows everything about Takeru's secret.
At the same time, Makoto arrives in Japan after escaping from the Gamma World. He contacts Alain, who tells him to retrieve the Eyecons from Takeru. Makoto then goes to Kuratani's house and finds Little John there. He reveals himself as Takeru's childhood friend who was kidnapped by the Gamma ten years ago. He also reveals that he is Kamen Rider Specter and that he has been stealing money from corrupt people to fund his resistance against the Gamma. He then transforms into his Nobunaga Damashii form and fights Little John using his Cobra Keitai.
